Location
The Hacienda is located on the Yucatan peninsula in the colonial town centre of Campeche, some 12 km from the airport, and is the ideal place for a relaxing stay.
Facilities
Dating back to the 17th century, this colonial building brings the Belle Epoque back to life. It comprises 15 rooms and suites and is recognized and protected under the international patrimony of the UNESCO. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, a games room, public Internet access, conference facilities, a bar and a restaurant. Use of a car park and a laundry and room service is also available. Younger guests may like to let off steam in the playground. Furthermore, guests receive, on arrival at the hotel, a fruit platter and a letter of welcome.
Rooms
All rooms have been fully restored and adapted to the needs of hotel guests. Additionally, they have been fitted out with luxury details. They all come with individually adjustable air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with a bathrobe, slippers, a hairdryer and a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi, an Internet connection, fresh flowers, a daily turn-down service and a double or king-size bed. The rooms also include a view of the breathtaking pools and gardens in the hotel's grounds. Many of the guestrooms contain comfortable beds and cupboards made of dark, tropical hardwood.

The complex features a swimming pool, a pool bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, guests are offered a Jacuzzi, tennis facilities and billiards as well as opportunities for cycling.
Meals
Guests may book bed and breakfast. In the mornings, breakfast is offered, and the evening meal may be chosen a la carte. Guests may book either a half-board or full board stay.
